By downloading and using JiyanStudio (the “App”), you agree to the following terms.
JiyanStudio is an iOS app that lets you browse and save original Kurdistan-themed wallpapers to your device. It is sold as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the wallpapers as backgrounds on devices you own. You may not:
All wallpapers remain the intellectual property of JiyanStudio. The purchase is a license, not a transfer of copyright.
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled directly by Apple under their standard App Store refund policy. We cannot issue refunds on Apple's behalf.
The App displays wallpapers served from a content delivery network. If the network is temporarily unreachable, wallpapers may not load until the connection is restored.
The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. JiyanStudio is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App or its content, to the extent allowed by applicable law.
These terms may be updated occasionally. The updated version will appear on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
